Health Card Validation - Learning Objectives
 

As a result of this training module, participants will be able to:

  • Manually validate a Health Card Number by entering in the number and then sending it to the Ministry of Health for validation
  • View the response codes that are returned from the MOH
  • Know what to tell a patient or patient family member when the Health Card Number fails
  • Know what to do in system downtime

This module contains:

IMPORTANT: If you are logged on as a generic user, you must then log on to the LHSC or SJHC Desktop to access Internet Explorer. At any time you that you need to leave the learning module, you can then bookmark the page by selecting Favourites from the Menu Bar and then select “Add to Favourites”.
